Each guest or household receives their own invitation page: their name, the events they are invited to, your schedule, a map button and a secure link that belongs only to them.

Copy the link or open WhatsApp with an editable message ready to send. We record that the link was generated and whether an RSVP came back — we never claim a WhatsApp message was delivered just because the share button was tapped.

RSVP is one tap. Guests confirm how many are coming, up to the seats you allocated, add attendee names when you ask for them, and can change their answer until your deadline.

Create 30-seat catering tables, 10-seat dome tables, or any custom capacity, and mix them freely within the same event. Mark VIP and family tables so they are easy to find.

Seat guests by dragging from the unseated list, or by tapping — the same planner works one-handed on a phone. Over-capacity, duplicate seating and seating guests who declined are all prevented.

Live counts show who is still unseated. Export a printable seating list and a CSV for your caterer, and decide whether each guest may see their own table.

Having your wedding URL is never enough. A guest enters the memory space only after they are on your list, have replied, and have verified their phone number with a one-time code that expires and is attempt-limited.

You decide when uploads open and close, whether guests who declined can look, and whether anyone may download other people's photos.

Uploading is built for a phone in a crowded hall: a few taps, clear progress, retry on failure, file type and size checks, and a confirmation that the contributor has permission to share.

Choose whether contributions appear immediately or wait in a moderation queue. Approve, hide or delete anything at any time; contributors can remove their own uploads.

Your private notes about guests stay private. Guests never see your guest list, phone numbers or notes.

Your album is sorted the way you want, with featured memories you can pin to the top. There are no public profiles, followers or engagement counters.

Download any contribution at full resolution from your dashboard, and export your guest, RSVP and seating data as CSV whenever you like.
