Cerita Moment is provided to couples for organising their own wedding and collecting memories from their invited guests. You must be authorised to act for the wedding you create.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, and for anyone you invite to co-manage your wedding.

When you add guests, you confirm that you have their details lawfully and that you are inviting them to your own event. Use guest phone numbers only to deliver invitations and verification codes for your wedding.

Do not use the platform to send unsolicited marketing or to collect data for any purpose other than your wedding.

Guests who upload a photo, video or caption confirm that they took it or have permission to share it, and that the people shown are comfortable with it being shared with the couple and other invited guests.

Couples may approve, hide or delete any contribution. Contributors may delete their own uploads. Content that is unlawful, harassing, or shared without consent may be removed and reported by platform administrators.

The service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available and your media safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and you should keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.

File type, file size and per-guest upload limits apply and may be adjusted by the platform owner.

Owner review needed: service level commitments, liability limits and governing law must be set by the platform owner before launch.

Pricing has not been set for this service yet. No payment is collected in the application at this time.

You may archive or request deletion of your wedding at any time. Deleting a wedding removes its guest list, RSVPs and uploaded memories.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, break these terms, or put guests' safety or data at risk.
